Once again Monday is here and I am back to blogging!... ok lame.
Well what thing can i say today... not much topic sia... Let talk about sleep!
Everyone knows human need to sleep. The best amount of sleep is 7 hours for an adult but for student like me, I sleeps only 5 hours a day which is really bad for health and also get scolding from parents. However! I during the weekends I do sleep more about 12 hours a day... So if I were to calculate... (5*5)+(12*2) = 49 hours... compare to best... 7*7 = 49 hours...
They are the same! I balance my sleep!

Too little sleeps kills... Too much sleep kills faster.
Oh well I give up, no matter how I balance my sleep i end up dead. It just a matter of time.
Hai.... Still got a long way to go, around 70years more?
