u dun get to see ppl face u just hear their voice...
Y use telecon? cox the other person is at Malaysia...

Kind of lame to have vendor from Malaysia to do work for Singapore...
U can't see them, they cant see u.... they dunno what u saying.... u dunno what they saying...

Then u need to keep on explaining and explaining... till u think they get the point...

end up in the next telecon they mess up the point...
