There is 2 errors up there and here is a hint for you. Both errors are in the English part of the message.
Try your very best not to peek at the ans and find it yourself it is very easy...

First error... What is Taiwaness?
Wat country are they from?
Second error... Nope it isn't another spelling error...
But where the flyer is placed.
Like I said, it is found at my block...
And the message says....

the "around" is not so much of a problem. it just mean a general area which includes your block.
