Photos and soul

Wonder have you heard about this.

Photographs Take Away The Soul...

There are people out there in this world believing that when their picture get snapped, part of their soul will goes into the picture and live in it.
But having someone soul, you can do a lot of things to it. Curse it, make that person fall in love with you (I say one) and keep it in your pocket for fun.

I saw this in a Q and A section:

Those cultures that retain a belief in 'sympathetic' magic (where something that was a part of the person, like nail clippings, hair, blood or even an article of clothing) could be used to cast a spell or curse. A part of the 'victim' is essential in creating a 'voodoo doll'.

The 'voodoo' doll is an 'image' of the person and it isn't a far stretch for superstitious people to view a photographic image as having similar 'power' and be afraid.

This does makes sense to me.

Just think... Even when it is a not a voodoo doll... Someone have ur photo and use it as a dart board, even if it isn't a curse you will still hate that person. As you think the picture represent you, the best thing that represent a person is closely related to their soul

An image of self can represent a lot of things, a formal photo can show how smart a person is while a candid shot might reveal another side of you.

I personally don't like my photo taken... For some reason... I just cant get myself to face the camera... i cant even snap a photo of myself.

Seriously, I cant get myself to take a photo of myself... But yes time to time i do take photo...

So if i reject you for not letting u take my photo... there is actually a reason behind it... Something i am also not sure about...

So i going tok about it... i guess...

So anyone of you here wan to comment about Photographs Take Away The Soul

hmm.. i won't deny the claims of anything.. but some things must take with a pinch of salt. can't go around taking in all the things u read.

if there's a soul, i believe that it transcend everything. no physical object can harm your soul. it is only marred by our acts and our acts only.
