It means "Not currently engaged in Employment, Education or Training"
In short... Means that u are rotting

I finish one book today, spent the whole afternoon reading it...
I have to admit I am a slow reader... The book is only 80pages and is a graphic novel. More pictures than words... Then again it is in Chinese.
The book is really interesting... But the ending a bit sad...
Ma... I might lend it to someone...
Someone that is currently sick and I hope she will get well the next time i see her online...
I guess she is really not feeling very well nya~
